I’ll work intuitively with you using a blend of Reiki/ EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy + I’ll also create for you a daily bespoke protocol, using essential oils on acupoints. (These will be posted to you after our first session).

 

You'll receive some simple practices that will continue to facilitate the nurturing space & healing process between our meetings.

 

 

I recommend that we meet every 2-3 weeks depending on our availability.
